Rabdi recipe the way to make malai rabdi with step by step photo recipe.
While there aren’t many steps in preparation of rabri, but it is often time-consuming and monotonous.
In other words, the milk has got to be boiled till it reduces to half and turns thick and creamy.
While evaporating the milk, adds some sweetness to rabri milk, but I do recommend to feature extra sugar to match the authentic taste.
If you are doing not like extra sugar, then you’ll totally skip it.
Also, it’s added with cardamom powder and saffron for richness and topped with dry fruits like almonds, pistachios.

While the preparation of rabdi recipe is simple, but few details need to be taken.
Firstly, always use a heavy-bottomed pan or non-stick pan to organize this recipe. otherwise, milk may cream may stick with rock bottom and you’ll have burnt smell.
Secondly, keep stirring occasionally while the milk is boiling also don’t over stir it. lastly, you’ll add any fruit pulp like grape or mango to organize good rabdi and mango rabri recipe.
Add the fruit’s flavour at the last step just before switching it off.

1-firstly, during a large nonstick pan heat thick cows or buffaloes milk.
2-furthermore, stir occasionally and obtain to a boil.
3-also, reduce the flame to medium. and once a layer of cream is made over the milk, stick it to sides of the vessel.
4-further, get the milk to boil again.
5- repeat the gathering of cream to sides of Kadhai.
repeat the method for a minimum of 5 times or till milk reduces to one-third.
6-further, add sugar.
7-also, add cardamom powder and saffron milk.
8-give an honest mix and obtain the milk again to boil.
9-also scrape off the collected cream from sides. and provides an honest stir.
10-furthermore, boil for a moment.
